General regime (RG)
The general regime refers to those permits and residences applied to foreign citizens who do not have the
nationality of a country of the European Union
- Social, labor and training roots: Aimed at those people in an irregular situation with a continuous stay in Spain of at least 2 years.
- Family roots: Non-EU foreigners who can demonstrate a link with a Spanish citizen. We can help you with the management of your de facto couple or marriage.
- Family reunification: right to family reunification exercised by a resident foreigner.
- Long Term (EU): for those foreigners who have had continuous residence in Spain for 5 years.
- Modifications to another's or own account

Community regime (CR)
The community regime refers to those permits and residences applied to citizens of the European Union and their family members.
- EU registration certificate: registration of citizens of a Member State of the European Union who are going to reside in Spain for a period of more than three months.
- Family member of EU community: non-EU foreigners who can demonstrate a link with a European citizen. We can help you with the management of a de facto couple or marriage.

Students (EST)
Processes aimed at students who want to carry out or expand their studies in an authorized teaching center in Spain, in a full-time program, which leads to obtaining a degree or certificate of studies.
- TIE Expeditions: for those foreigners who have come with the respective student visa.
- Initial study stay: for those foreigners who are in a tourism situation or students who want to carry out new studies.
- Extension of studies: aimed at those foreign students who must renew their stay for the same studies.
- Modification from student to self-employed or self-employed work: Those students who have completed their studies can modify to a residence and work as an employee or self-employed.

Law permits/14 (L14)
Residence authorizations processed by the Large Business Unit (UGE). These processes stand out for being resolved in 20 or 30 business days, depending on the type of process.
- Highly Qualified Profile (PAC): aimed at those workers who carry out a work activity in a qualified/technical position that requires advanced knowledge.
- Residence by investment (Golden Visa): investment in financial assets, acquisition of real estate or business project.
- International Teleworkers (Digital Nomad): teleworkers from companies based outside Spain, but who want to reside in the country.
- Family of Law 14: family members who can demonstrate a link with the owner. We can help you with the management of the ~ Common-law couple or marriage.
- Renovations: renewal of any of the aforementioned permits.
- Non-profit Renewal: authorizes you to reside in Spain without carrying out work activity.
- Residence for internships: those students who have completed their studies and want to participate in an internship program by signing an internship agreement or internship work contract.
- Job search: those students who have completed their studies and want to remain in Spain to find a job offer.
